Return & Refund Policy

At CureBasket.in, we prioritize your health, safety, and satisfaction. Due to the sensitive nature of healthcare products, we follow strict return and refund policies while ensuring fairness and customer convenience.

1. Return Policy

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

✅ Eligible for Return:

• Product(s) received in damaged or defective condition

• Product(s) delivered past expiry date

• Incorrect product(s) delivered (different from what was ordered)

❌ Not Eligible for Return:

• Opened, used, or partially consumed products

• Temperature-sensitive products (e.g., insulin, vaccines)

• Products without original packaging, invoice, or seal

• Prescription medicines (unless damaged/expired/wrong product)

2. Return Request Timeline

You must initiate a return request within 48 hours of receiving the order.

3. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please email us at support@curebasket.in with:

• Order ID

• Reason for return

• Photos of the product (if damaged/expired/wrong)

• Invoice copy

Our team will verify the issue and guide you through the return process.

4. Refund Policy

Once the return is approved:

• A full or partial refund will be processed to your original payment method

• Refund timelines:

  • UPI/Credit/Debit Cards/Net Banking: 5–7 working days

  • Wallet/Store Credit: 1–2 working days

You will be notified via email or SMS when the refund has been initiated.

5. Order Cancellation

a) By Customer:

• You can cancel your order before it is packed or shipped.

• Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.

b) By CureBasket:

We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of:

• Invalid or missing prescription (where required)

• Product out of stock

• Payment issues or suspected fraud

• Unserviceable delivery location

Any prepaid amount will be fully refunded in such cases.

6. Replacement

If your order qualifies for a return, we may offer a replacement (subject to availability) or a refund as per your preference.
